Write Up:It was a beautiful blue sky day for a ladies hike on Mt Hoffman. A
light breeze kept us cool on the climb and we found a lovely sunny spot
just off the summit for lunch. For once it wasn't blowing a hoolie up
there! A meadow of pink shooting stars greeted us as we exited the
forest and we spied lots of other wildflowers along the way. Trail
conditions were dry with only a couple of softer spots that had been
muddy a few days earlier.
This is a great hike for this time of year while we wait for the snow to
disappear in the mountains.
