Itinerary:

Mt Hoffman is a great June hike - the spring flowers should be showing off their colours. The new switchbacks make the grade easier but it's still a bit of grunt with 150m of elevation gain in approx 800m halfway up the trail. We will make the side trip to check out the views from the 'rock faces'. Expect 4 to 4 1/2 hours on the trail including breaks. If you wish to carpool please contact others on the sign up list and arrange something from your area of the city.

Drive to Turner Valley. Head west on 546 for approx 34km to the Indian Oils day use area on the left hand side of the road.
