Write Up:Our group of six enjoyed a pleasant summer walk in Bowmont Park, staying
on the paved path as far as the Silver Springs lookout. We then dropped
down towards the river on a narrow dirt path, and further down the
stairs to the actual Silver Spring. We took quite a few breaks so felt
time pressed enough to swing back up to the quicker paved path.
9:30 to 12:15, 9.1 km and 110 M. A companionable group. Delightful
wild flowers and the saskatoons are ripening.
