Write Up:Despite the rain on the drive out all 5 of us showed up at the trailhead. The rain stopped in the parking lot so we were off to a great start. We only had a few minutes of light rain up on the ridge. There was some snow in the trees before going up the scree slope to the ridge. The whole right side of the ridge was covered in deep snow but the left side was bare.
On our way down we met some interesting people and we were even serenaded with a guitar & a song by a hiker heading up the trail.
