Even though June 27 was an unbelievably hot day for a hike, the Jumping Pound Loop delivered on its reputation for a reward of a gorgeous variety of wildflowers and scenery for the effort expended... Unfortunately a hiker took a fall on the trail which resulted in a broken arm. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
