With same day cancellations had only 7 hikers but we enjoyed a beautiful day for hiking with a temperature of 20C. Trail saw quiet dry considering we had 30 cm of snow the previous week and it all melted. The larch trees had started turning colour but were 2 or 3 days from their optimum.
