Write Up:
We found a path through the trees directly to a log crossing the river which came out at the trail going up to the ridge. These points were marked with cairns to help with route finding. A very warm day, not a cloud in the sky, and no wind at the top so we basked in the summer sun as we ate lunch. The trip took three hours to the top and two hours back to the parking lot.
