Write Up:
Cloud cover and cool breezes kept us comfortable on the uphill trek. The trail was dry for 3/4 of the way and then a bit wet at the top with one small snow patch. We did our ritual circumambulation around the cairn and then enjoyed our lunch on our special Weekenders log in the trees. After lunch we could not resist posing for a picture with our smart phones at our ears. Patricia's smart phone looked more like a water bottle, smart Patricia. A great day.
