Coordinator's: Ernie Wheadon & Terry Wilson. Participants: Ernie Wheadon, Susan K, Dan B, Betty E, Pat M, Candy B, Terry W, Lois H, Roy P, John T, Jackie Morgan, Peter Morgan, Anne L. Left Carpool location Shortly after 8:00am and all at Trailhead 8:45 and on the trail at 9:05. Initially an overcast day with the peak shrouded in fog. All enjoying lunch at 11:30 on the NW face of mtn. which gave us shelter from the cool SE breeze. The fog was lifting and we had a view of the area of our new return route which linked with Prairie Ck. trail. On the trail again at Noon, a brief stop at the edge of the meadow just prior to Prairie Ck trail. A 4km trail hike including about 80m. of additional elevation gain remained prior to our return to Trailhead at 2:30. An excellent day, cool morning, sunlit afternoon and no rain.
