There are significant changes to portions of the Baldy Pass trail with deep trenches cut just after the first left turn to the beginning of the steep climb. Fortunately, it has been well marked with orange tape on the trees as well as a couple of cairns. A number of the participants had never hiked together so it provided a good opportunity to meet new members of the club. It was a very enjoyable day with perfect weather.
