The rain had stopped by 9:30 AM and the sun came out by the time we reached 50th Avenue S.W. Some 200 meters further North we viewed the broken suspension bridge down below. Wildflowers, the river, the golf course and the reservoir with the mountains in the background all looked very pretty in the sunshine on our way back.
