Write Up:
Ross Lake is located in British Columbia near Lake O’Hara. An easy hike, the trail follows old Highway 1 for a kilometre before turning into the forest towards the lake. A boardwalk takes you from end to end before the trail disappears into the trees on its way to Lake Louise. The lake is overlooked by Narao Peak. Eight of us hiked to the lake and back, 6.8 kms. A warm, sunny morning. We spent extra time visiting at the lake's shore. An excellent way to wrap up our Yoho adventure.
