Write Up:
Five of us ventured out on this long and very worthwhile hike. Starting at Emerald Lake we hiked to Yoho Pass, across Wapta Mountain to Burgess Pass, and down to Emerald Lake. We had a good start at 9:00 am and a late finish. We had Julia tracking distance for us especially as we descended the many switch backs that seemed to never end.
