Since we were only 3 I changed the destination and then changed it again when we awoke to 15cm of snow in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park on Friday morning. We had a very enjoyable hike along the Lower Kananaskis Lake shore and around the Penstock loop snowshoe trail instead. We made our own tracks for most of the time and found a long toed salamander as we made our way across the dam - well spotted Helen!
