Write Up:
A good, short hike with great views. The trail was damp, but not muddy. The short, section just below the ridge where use of hands may be necessary was negotiated without incident. Two routes are possible, with one less steep than the other. Route finding was not a problem as some trees have been flagged. There was a reasonable amount of water in Prairie Creek, enough to discourage crossing via the creek bed, so we opted for the two well-placed logs. Everyone seemed to enjoy the hike and said they would do it again.
