Write Up:
As it turned out, we did not hike Cox Hill. We heard that there was a lot of post-holing about 3/4 of the way up and decided on a different location. We hiked Elbow Valley/Sulphur Springs/Riverview instead. It was a 12 km hike with 400 m elevation. We had the sunniest day ever and as we drove away, the skies opened up with a deluge. Our timing was impeccable and a new hike with lovely views is now in our itinerary.
