Write Up:
Plan A was Ptarmigan Cirque but a bear moved in and closed the trail at time of posting, however by Sunday the bear had crossed the road to Grizzly Col so the trail was open again. It was a day of mixed weather but we all enjoyed the day. The larches were just staring to turn so by this weekend will be so much better. Some snow and ice patches on the trail so a couple of us put our microspikes on for the descent.
