Write Up:
The weather was perfect - sunny with temperatures in the high teens - and the company of fellow PMH'ers was splendiferous! It was a perfect hike in the foothills. The trail was a bit muddy at the beginning but got better as we ascended the Sugar Momma Trail. We lunched at the open area on the Bobcat Trail before descending to Highway 66. Round-trip from Allen Bill Day Use area was 10.3 km. Elevation gain was 353 m.
