Write Up:
We had a wonderful warm day on Cox Hill. Once we were out of the trees, and ascending up a steep slope to reach the ridge, we encountered more snow. We were able to maneuver the trails though without using micro spikes. After reaching the summit, we walked back to a scenic ridge to eat lunch. It was difficult to leave such beauty and warmth!
