A fine day that didn't get too hot as scattered cloud and a good breeze kept things very pleasant. There was wet snow for only the last 30 metres of elevation. One hiker decided after only 200 metres of elevation that she should turn around as was she was not fit enough to continue higher as had only done city hikes. Our sweep accompanied her back to the parking lot to pass the day walking around there. He rejoined us again near the top.
