Another great day in the mountains. The 14 hardy hikers hiked up Forked Ridge as planned, wondered through the wilderness over to the picnic table on Pine Ridge for lunch with a view. We returned to Forked Ridge and back to the vehicles the same way. We were the only ones on Forked Ridge. No crowds. We did see a group on horseback on Pine Ridge. We had the whole area to ourselves.
