Write Up:
A delightful hike - weather ideal, despite earlier forecast of rain and lightning (temps 11 C rising to about 17 C.) Took the clockwise path round Merlin with an ascent of ~ 400m elevation, taking about 2.5 hours. Lots of cyclists (all pleasant), no pedestrians except our group of 7. Distance ~ 15 km: despite some haziness, good views of Moose Mountain to the west - and great view of the big beaver pond on Bragg Creek below Bragging Rights. Glynn Wright & Shirley Marsh
