Write Up:
Hike proceeded fine even with a report of a bear that was never seen but after 6 of the 8 kms to the top we turned around in the meadow as a thundercloud came on top of us. The flowers were lovely but the cloud stayed on top of us while we wasited in the trees eating our lunch. Another cloud had formed on top of rundle with thunder as well and we determined to forgot he top and have a wonderful day of hiking not achieving the top. Distance 13.83 km and elevation of 582 m.
