Our day started with a sighting of a momma Grizzly and her cubs (this year's births). It was a reminder that there are grizzly bears in the area of the Pocaterra hike. Despite a weather forecast for a temperature of 24 and late day showers, we had a cloudy day with a long period of rain. Despite that, the 12 hikers remained in good spirits and enjoyed a beautiful hike.
