What a great day to be hiking in Fish Creek Park. We left Votier's Flats at 10:00, went west then up the stairs and along the trail next to Evergreen Estates then down to Bebo Grove and finally on to Shannon Terrace. After a leisurely snack break it was along the creek, around Bebo Grove (with all the construction) and back to Shannon Terrace. The weather was perfect and even included a light shower for the last kilometer. At one point we spotted three deer near the creek. A chorus of birds serenaded us all day. In spite of the recent rain all trails were dry. Total distance was 11.5 K. Thanks to a great group for making this a memorable hike.
