Write Up:
It was a very windy day for a hike, and the leaves were swirling around us as we followed the Bow River heading west, then decided at Shouldice Park to extend the hike into Bowness, where we got to admire some of the riverfront properties along the way. On the way back the sun came out which bumped the temperature up and we were fortunate to see a woodpecker in the dog park. Lovely group of ladies to hike with!
