With the first hour and a half in the trees, we were comfortable with the heat considering the steep climb. Once we reached the opening, the cool breeze made the remainder of the trip to the ridge absolutely amazing with the spectacular views. A very rewarding hike. Three relatively new members were keen to learn the route so that they can lead it in the future. Thank you to Susan Korba for showing us the trail.
