Write Up:
It was great to reunite with hiking acquaintances that we haven't seen since last season. We did the loop, taking the pleasant route to the left at the fork and retuning on the traditional route. With a new and very friendly Keeper at the Fire Lookout, we enjoyed lunch on the helipad. The highlight was being buzzed by a small plane during lunch, something that was promised to the Keeper by a recent hiker.
