Hi everyone, Four of us went out on a lovely evening walk up the east side of Nose Hill Park, then looped in a circle around back to the parking lot. We kept up a pretty brisk pace and completed the loop in one hour and fifty minutes. There was a bit of a breeze that kept the heat and the mosquitoes at bay. A good training event. Pat Booker
