14 of us enjoyed a very pleasant hike today. It was warm but a gentle breeze now and then plus some shade kept us " cool" At the junction of Pneuma and Sulphur Springs one of our hikers spotted a bear. However it quickly scampered away after hearing us approaching. The windflowers were abundant. Excellent photo,opportunities, When we got to the top,of Sulphur Springs we assembled in a circle and shared memories of our friend and fellow hiker, Eric Charlton ,who,passed away Feb 16/18 This was one of Eric's favourite hikes so it was a fitting spot to share memories. Thanks to everyone who was on the hike today. A wonderful cohesive group. Lynn
