Write Up:
After several dull and wet days we were treated to perfect hiking conditions with flowers in bloom everywhere, deer watching us as we passed, and birds serenading us with their songs. A large part of our hike was through forested trails along the valley floor and on the south hill rather than on the main asphalt path. As we ended our hike we enjoyed views of the snow capped Rockies. Thanks to a great group for making our day so enjoyable.
