Our small group experienced an escape from the usual city sounds and sights as we wound our way along the park's quiet trails. It started overcast and chilly but soon warmed up when the sun came out.. We had one close encounter with three young deer. Leaves will soon be fully opened. Thanks everyone for a great hike.
