Write Up:
It was a beautiful sunny Saturday morning. The original coordinator of the hike had set the meeting place as the Baker Park parking lot which none of us have been to before. (She had to back down because of an injury so Lucille stepped up). So we had an adventure to find the meeting spot even before the hike started. We did the loop from Baker Park east to the 85th St. bridge west through Bowness park across the Stony Trail Bridge and back to Baker Park. There weren't enough of us to split Into two groups so some could do the longer loop up into Valley Ridge---so we kept to the posted hike route. Baker Park starting point is a good idea for the summer months when Bowness park is busy.
