Write Up:
The weather was great for hiking. It did not take us long to shed jackets and long sleeved shirts for the steady climb. The trail,was dry but one had to be very observant to avoid the roots and rocks. There were lots of wild flowers along the trail. We went up to the second cairn where we enjoyed a leisurely lunch.
