The day was clear, mainly free of smoke and haze. We split into two
groups. Four climbed to Nicor Ridge with an elevation gain of 910 m
and a distance of 15 km, at the border of BC and AB and with a
fabulous view of Peyto Lake and a number of glaciers. The majority
of us hiked the glacier trail, crossing a snow field and glacial
streams. An elevation gain of 350 m and distance of 9 km.
