Write Up:
A perfect hike for novice and intermediate hikers. The trail undulates in the shade in Paradise valley for 5 kms. The final kilometre is a steeper pitch to the lake. The Giant Steps are only 4.5 more kms. Once at the lake take time to relax as the return trip is about 1.5 hours. Total duration on the trail is about 4.5 hours.
