Write Up:
We enjoyed a very pleasant hike today. It was dry when we started our hike at 10:30 but after an hour or so we had light rain showers. We all had rain gear and we kept warm and dry. We saw many mushrooms along the trail, varying types and colors. A large scat pile reminded us that bears are in the area. We had a very leisurely lunch sitting indoors. Thanks to Joan for sharing delicious fudge with the group. The hike back to the cars was very pleasant, no rain and sunshine, Thanks to everyone who was on the hike.
