Write Up:
Starting out with rather dire weather predictions, we experienced only a few minor showers and lovely coolish weather on the steep ascent. At the amphitheatre the sun came out and allowed us a lunch break in sunshine with great views of the Cascade range and valley. The weather stayed good until a minute or so before we reached our cars...then the heavens opened up with strong rainfall all the way into Calgary. All in all an excellent day, a great group, and some extraordinary luck with the weather.
