Write Up:
We woke up and rain was falling, at the meet up rain was falling, highway driving in the rain and down highway 66. Then down in the valley on 66 --it stopped ! We arrived at trail head and no rain ! We were alone on the trail all the way up ( we met 2 individuals coming down)-- trail in good condition. We had 68 drops of rain on way up! We had sun .. and on top it was beautiful-- in both directions--we could see the city and Moose mountain and to the west it was lovely. It was a fabulous hike. We had a new member do P.M. for the first time. We met Arthur Such (long time member) coming up while we were going down. Thanks to the group for a nice day!
