It was a hot and humid climb. Lots of water breaks were needed. However, there was a gentle breeze at lunch of which we were all very grateful. Many varieties of flowers were spotted. Roses and Indian Paintbrush were in abundance, I had described this hike as moderate but we agreed it should be rated difficult because of the steady climbing,
