Write Up:
We were very lucky to have a great weather day. It was a comfortable 7 degrees at the trail head to start, light wind , sunny with cloudy periods throughout and not even a raindrop. There are snow patches on the trail as you approach the lookout but they were easily avoided as we made it up and down without icers. Lots of people and dogs and we were glad that we started early to be able to get a parking spot and not be in the crush of the rush down. Thanks to everyone participating for making it a very enjoyable day.
