Cool weather and grey skies didn't prevent our group of 11 from enjoying a pleasant walk along the Bow River through the forest to ValleyRidge and through Bowness/Baker/Bowmont Park. Wildlife observed along the way included geese, osprey, merganser ducks and great horned owls nesting on the railway bridge above the tracks.
