A pleasant day in the mountains - perfect weather and beautiful views. Enjoyed lunch at the helipad until a helicopter landed. We thought he'd come to fly us back down to the parking lot, but not a chance!! We were happy we left early because the trail got very busy, and temps were hot on the way down. Berthilda volunteered to be out hike leader-in-training, and she did an excellent job. Thanks Berthilda.
