CWH Photography Hike June 12, 2016 The hike( meander through the meadow might be more accurate) began with Robert Carlson's proclamation of:"There's a big brown bear right around the corner!". Needless to say, none of us 17 participants rushed to see for ourselves. We just decided to stick together and not head in that direction. As it turned out, we soon forgot about the bear and sloped off in all directions simply because there were carpets of wild flowers that needed capturing. This year, the Purple Striped Coral Root vied with the Woodland Lily for garnering most attention. Last year it was a moth of some sort. Ask Ann Wilson the details of said moth, since she found it a most charming creature (apart from Terry) and gave me heck for failing to include it in last year's trip photos. Having being chided for my failure, I am humbly inserting it in this year's photos for all the world to see and admire. Please check out the photos and feel free to add to them.
