Write Up:
Success finally. An enjoyable group of 6 hikers starting off on a beautiful sunny day. After the car shuttle, we took the trail past Moose Pond and found the valley trail to have wet and muddy sections but the higher we climbed the better it got. Lunch at the top of Eagle Hill was warm and sunny without the usual wind. Excellent views. We returned down Seventy Buck Valley where it began to rain about half-way along. All in all, a fun day on the trail.
