What a fabulous day! Blue skies, no wind and the warm sun all day! The trail was surprisingly good. Mostly dry with skiffs of snow and mud on the first part. The last bit up to the Lookout it was nice to have icers for good grip. We were treated to fabulous views of the prairies as far as the eye could see and a sea of mountain peaks towards Kananaskis and Hwy 40. Hiking time to the top - 2 hrs 5 minutes. Many thanks to Bill for leading at a good pace. Wonderful thanks to all those attending to ensure this hike happened. Great conversation and companionship. Hope to see you all on the trails again this summer.
