Write Up:
Buller Pass was at its gorgeous best yesterday. The weather cooperated and we could see down into the Ribbon Lake valley and beyond Guinn's Pass to the south and Mount Assiniboine to the west. I have never seen as many Columbines as there were in the area burned by the fire a few years ago, as well as Fireweed and Yarrow. The eight people who came in spite of my gloomy weather forecast were great company. It was an excellent day.
