Write Up:
Five of us left the city early, 7:00 am, to beat the crowds and hike to Wenkchemna Pass. Although it rained on the journey out, we started hiking at 9:40 am, with a mix of sun and cloud; no rain! We had a wonderful hike, with many beautiful golden larches around us! A bit of wet snow on the return hike, followed by blue sky and warm sunshine.
