Write Up:
Hike goes down approx 120 M , then up at a steady relentless climb for 580 M to Arnica Lake. Hiking poles recommended, especially on the return trip. We had lunch by the lake - beautiful setting for a lunch stop. Several of us soaked tired feet in the lake. Great group - had a wonderful day!
