Write Up:
When we got to the parking lot at Ribbon Creek it was raining lightly. We decided to park at Kananaskis Village and hike from there. We hiked to the top of Kovach and returned the same route. Everyone had come prepared for rain so we were all suitably attired. We kept dry and warm! Our hike was 8 km. and took 2 hours. We enjoyed lunch in the comforts of a warm lunchroom. When we had finished lunch the rain had stopped. The only wildlife we spotted today was a rabbit scurrying to get away from us and two deer. Everyone agreed that they had a good day!! Thanks to everyone who came out on this hike.
